Jack her up 2 boards high, and slide in a paint tray under. Then put in a wedge of wood in the back so that the balls clear the rear. Or you can cut up and old quart oil bottle ans strap it to the rear. I think I have an old thread on it. If I can find it I'll add the link.

    See my post here:
    http://www.pachitalk.com/forums/ball...tml#post497543

I have cleaned up the ball management job since I posted that. I also added a 40 degree angle at the bottom to help angle the balls.

Thats how I route the balls to the front. They collect in a bin, and I eather stop shooting or put a cap on the pipe, and dump the balls back into the hopper.

Here is how I extended the hopper. I screwed it in as well as added a dab of hot glue in the corners. I have about ~2800 balls. I find that it is perfect. I don't have to run to the back of the machine during a reach.

I found the old thread from 07'.

Oh, here it is on my then shiny new Vicky. I think I'll bring her back out for 2014 this weekend. I also have this set up on my Pallot, that can use the same frame.

I also see in one of my pictures where I was experimenting with plastic stair runners. I bought one and hooked it around the bottom 1x4 of the frame and slipped the remainder between the frame and cell. It worked well and kept the noise down. It was a bit too bouncy for the paint tray. Half the balls would bounce out. I do use one on my wall mounted Gladiator with crepe foam mounted to the back stop to keep the noise down. The balls would bang the wall in the paneling covered pantry wall that it is mounted to.
