Have an 7VS$ pachislo slot machine need to hard reset coins will not dispense

Hello to all Pachislo lovers. I am new to Pachislo and purchased an 7 VS & slot machine but the only problem is that the coins will not dispense after winning. But when I hit the major jackpot it dispensed most of all the coins. Frank A referred me to this site and he told me ask anyone to figure out how to dispense the coins when winning. There is nothing wrong with the machine its that I need directions on how to reset it to dispense the coins when winning. Is there any simple steps on fixing this issue. I will be glad and happy if anyone knew the steps on dispensing the coins when I hit a win. If anyone can refer me or reply back I will be happy.

Standard pachislos don't payput till you have 50 credits in the bank. The best way to test if its working is to put tokens in till it hits 50, then after every spin, (not including respins) Put 3 tokens back in. As soon a s you hit a winning line, You should get a payout, Thats the best way to see if its working ok

I helped him do a full reset and it worked fine after that. I did not go into detail about setting odds, so he is set at 1. He is a newbie and eventually will catch on to what to do. He has called me three times here in Delaware and originally was looking for parts. He thought that he needed a hopper motor and wires, but the hard reset seemed to solve his problem. I originally sold this machine to a dealer when we moved 18 months ago so it had my tag on it with my contact number. Good luck to our newest member. He probably has to push the credit button to allow the tokens to drop and get out of credit mode. Can someone give him the link to the generic Pachislo manual ?
