New to Pachislos/PachiTalk - Not sure what I have

Recently bought what I believe is a baseball-themed Pachislo from someone local. Seems to be in fine working condition, save for one upper reel light that appears to be out (not bothered by that just yet, and while I'm personally fine with the sound, I'll probably want an adjuster so I can play when others are asleep ).

Up until I saw it, I didn't even know the word 'Pachislo' and did a bunch of research and made sure it was working before I bought it (sister of a friend so I like to think of it as for a good cause too), and I'm really just curious about what exactly I have.

Has it been modified at all or is it original?
Which manufacturer is it?
Is it a total knock-off?

I've won about 2-3 777 'Big Bonus' games with plenty of dry-spells in between (I already tried moving from skill 6 to 3, gonna try 1 next!), and everything seems to work fine/behave as it should as far as I'm aware, but since all but a few crucial instructions are in Japanese, I'm at a loss.

Nevermind that paper towel I stuck in there, I put that there to catch the odd token from falling through that hole and sliding under the machine, I figured there's plenty of ventilation from the back and the top, and it's plugged into a power strip I turn off when not in use. (Let me know if I'm wrong about the ventilation!)

I'm happy with it, whatever it is, I'm just curious about the finer details.

I had a hunch the Corvette bit was a swap-out, but I definitely appreciate the info!

Will be a little while before I could justify throwing any more money at this thing, but at least now I know what I'm dealing with.
