Error Code 0 and Reset on Super Combi CR

I have a Sankyo Super Combi CR, in what I believe is a Tornado frame, that is displaying an error code 0. From what research I have done, an error 0 is a Prize Ball Abnormality. The machine has DaveRob's latest dongle and those functions appear to be working normally. As long as the error code is displayed, the payout motor cycles every minute and slowly pays approximately 20 balls. (I haven't counted exactly how many) None of the pockets work except for "Go" and "Start." It seems to be stuck in some sort of default mode. Once in a great while when I plug in the machine the code isn't displayed and everything works perfectly! But it only lasts for a few seconds. I pulled out the payout pockets tonight and all of the electronic type are closed and showing very little resistance. I have not seen anywhere else if they are to be normally open or closed. Does anyone know what could be causing the error code?

Also, I do not know how to reset the machine. I have powered it up while holding the push button on the rear with no results. I appreciate any help!
