Default My one and only pinball machine - from way back in '34

    Hi,

I just discovered tonight there is a pinball forum here. It is good to get out and look around.

I only own two machines (3rd just won at auction though). One is my Sanyo Comet II I am restoring that my father bought for us in the 1970s and the other is my 1934 Bally Signal that my grandfather purchased in the 1950s. I just finished restoring it a couple of weeks ago. Below are some pics of how it turned out. If you want to see some before pics from the restoration you can find them here. If you want to check out a video of it in action you can see it here. I love the machine. I have been carting it and my pachinko around with me for years waiting for the day to restore. I only just made room to have and use them this year.

    Mike

beautiful job and thx for preserving an important part of America culture. There was a Jennings Sportsman in great shape here in a cool old vintage shop. The price wasn't too bad but too many machines were in my basement at the time. i've cleared some out so i may check to see if it's still at the store.

The one here was 600 and even had the metal plugs that the operator could put in the higher paying holes to make the game pay out less. I love the bird hunting theme.

That is a great deal. I was wrong though, the one on eBay is $1200 asking bid. You never know on the value though because it all depends on who is interested at the time. I agree the hunting theme is neat.

The eBay one is in good shape and has the metal plugs as well. The yellow around the top is not stock I don't think.

Agreed, that is not original but could be stripped, not idea why they would have done that. Also it is not a 35 as they have listed, it is a 34. The 35 looks different and has a backglass.
