    Default Kyoraku Jaws Pachinko Settings

Does anyone have all the settings on the rear of JAWS?

All the balls I put in the upper ball tray run all the way through the ball track and run out to the bottom tray.

So all I can do to play is put balls into the front shooter tray.

The red switch marked with yellow paint (on my machine)needs to be in the forward position ( pushed toward the machine)
    Hope this is helpful

With that all the balls put into the upper tray in rear they get locked in place until a bonus hits. Is that right?

Should work fine, it should also payout a few balls each time you get one in a pocket as well

The upper light on left is flashing. Hopper if full but I hear the motor cycling every little bit. No balls come in the front tray when a ball falls in the start slot.

Sounds like it might be a ball jam, and that the motor is trying to pay out but the balls are not reaching it,
You could have an oversize ball bearing or some kind of foreign object blocking the path somewhere between the tray and payout mech
I'll look at mine to see how to remove the mech and check it
    Hopefully its something that simple

Turns out the payout mech is extremely simple to remove
But you need to be gentle since its actually plugged into the machine

First empty all the balls and turn this red brace to the left free the mech

    ImageUploadedByTapatalk1385748909.089848.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1385748928.652187.jpg

Then grab the bottom of the mech and gently pull toward yourself
(it is held at the top by two plastic tabs
So it sort of swings upward slightly as you remove it)ImageUploadedByTapatalk1385749133.183737.jpg
    ImageUploadedByTapatalk1385749242.705667.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1385749274.084340.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1385749346.853248.jpg
( you might have to place your fingers a little higher and more in line with the plug, mind was loose from previous removal)
Here's where it plugs in on the machine and the mech

Now you can check it for any blockage
( there are several little built-in tabs on mech that wiggle to facilitate the removal of stuck balls)
And to put it back on just go backwards and start by placing the top tabs in first then gently pushing it back into place
    Best of luck

Also make sure there are no bent or missing pins in the plug
