Sakura Fubuki by Heiwa Top display doesn't turn on, no top lights and no sound

I checked for voltage on the pcb up top it seems to be receiving voltage my guess is something is wrong with the board
where would i start looking or is it possible to find replacements?

I think the top display is a countdown when you get into a special round. music won't play unless your in a bonus round.

I don't have any sound either though

No, no sound at all, and no lights on the top half at all
it all looks to be run through one pcb

Also double check the wiring from the speaker and make sure they are connected. Some people disconnect speakers as the sound can be very loud.

OH, my mistake, youtube defaults to that on my cell for some reason
i fixed it

Definitely not right. Check that no cable has been pinched or any pins in connectors aren't bent/broken. The reels should light up at least.

try unplugging and reseating all the connections you can find!!
