Green rectangle is lower ramp feed cover. Yours is missing

    Blue is center dust cover.

Yellow is dust cover and paper clip (jackpot ball release mechanism).

Note the jackpot lever position in this picture; there is a ball stuck in the jackpot chute and the machine is empty. The pay off locking devices are preventing the jackpot lever from dropping all the way down.
The attachment is invalid could you please re attach? thanks a lot!

thanks a lot! Can you help me with an issue?

Out of 10 balls at least half drop out the back without being shot up. I think the mechanism to shoot the balls is not OK. Tried finding a picture but I couldnt.

    Heres what happens.

When I add a ball and flip the handle it does go into the shooter lane. When I then flip the handle again, most fall out the back.

I took some pics to clarify, first is how it looks, second is the lighter area where the ball drops out. Any ideas?

I took a vid, you can see the ball move back and forth again, then I move the lever down a bit faster and it falls out into a container I placed at the back. Sorry for the bad quality, hard to video with a cellphone.

Ok I solved my own question, still posting it so others know.

I found out you can remove the whole shooting part by pressing up a small aluminium part on the right. When I removed it I saw that the part that holds the ball before being shot wasnt worn out.

The solution was simple: they gave me different diameters balls. The small ones fall out, the too big ones get stuck. So I need to know the right diameter. The ones they bought here are too small. The original ones have LUCKY written on them and Japanese characters and they dont fall out and do shoot up.

    Can anyone tell me?

In your video, there is a plastic piece that appears to be rotated up. Maybe that was for clarity. Normally, it is down.

Here are some pictures from a very dirty machine.

1 place ball in at red circle ball loaded.jpg 2 push down shooting flipper handle.jpg 3 release shooting flipper handle ball ready to fire.jpg

The pachinko balls are all the same size and weight. Regular ball bearings are problematic in some machines.
my measurements sat about 3/8" diameter. Found this with google...
Pachinko balls are 11mm standard size and weigh about 5.5g.

yes that was for clarity, I know when its up the ball falls out. The machine seems to work now apart from the jackpot and the bells. Ive found a company that sells original balls 0.15 each. Ill order 500 so I can check if the jackpot works.

    thanks!

about the leaf switch wires and bulbs.

I checked I do have holes for both switches. Doesnt look like theyve ever been there though. Do I buy wires switches solder or is this a kit?

I also see a few holes no way to attach the bulbs. How does that insert? I added a pic.

$0.15 per ball is pretty expensive. Here are a couple of eBay options you may be interested in:

500 Authentic Pachinko Balls | eBay

1000 Pachinko Machine Balls with Tray | eBay

There are others so you may want to do a little research before buying. In the past I've bought from Golden State Traders who also sell on eBay and was very happy with their service and price at the time.

Bad news. Looked again at the picture of the back of your machine and it looks like your center jackpot release plastic piece is broken.

Heres a close up pic just to be sure, added a vid as well, sorry its really dark still here. What I did is added balls to the upper tray, lifted the rockers and lifted the jackpot release.

I found a part thats broken off, maybe you mean that?

Its why the balls get stuck right to the see saw. The metal rod that goes up and down has two pockets a small left and a large right. Theres a gap in between where balls get stuck. The gap is there because the plastic piece isnt tight to the wood because one screw fix is broken off. Is that what you meant?

Can I glue that with 10 secs superglue?
