I'd buy that for $10 if it were closer. All the important bits are there. Only thing I see wrong is it needs a few screws to hold things down and a cleaning. I wonder what the big black rods on the back are though? They sorta look like flares but that wouldn't make sense.

They look like old wire wound ceramic resistors and from the size of them they're most likely 100 Watts or more each ... OVERKILL!!!
