Olympian Evolution Shark - almost 100%

It came to me out of a garage for Lord knows how long. Plugged it in, some lights came on and it went ca-bing. After a few hours of cleaning and securing
parts that were loose and re-seating all the ribbon cables it all functions except the 2 digit LED and the row of 12 leds on the top section. The 3 leds with the
numbers 1, 2 AND 3 also do not light up. Is there a common power problem or is there a mystic hidden switch somewhere that turns them on or off.

There is an unknown switch on the power supply at the top above all else. The inscription is in Japanese so I'm a bit at a loss there.

I was very excited to see everything else come to life one bit at a time.

Picture are a thousand words. Post an pic. Highlighting the areas of concern. Some things only light up during certain bonus or jackpot/ootari. Depends on age and type of modern machine.

the 1,2,3 numbers sound like the token / medal bet lights?

Olympia manufactured a pachislo around 1999 called 'Shark'

But a pic will solve that one

my money is on Pachinko.. the 2 diget led is the ball loan and thouse wont work unless you have a super cool dave rob dongle..

I agree, a picture would be helpful. Thank you Drunkenclam. Your thought gives me hope it's all working. I just need to keep playing until it lights up.

That answers the question that it is a pachislo and not a pachinko. I am thinking that the LEDs that are not lighting up will come on during a bonus. Have you played the machine? If so how many tokens do you have and how did it play?

It says it is a machine that allows you to play 1,2 or 3 tokens at a time. Which 2 digit LED is not coming on?

I have played it but not very much. Less than 100 tokens. The image 1176 is the 2 position display, the 1, 2 and 3 and the 1 - 12. None of these light up. Perhaps a few more plays.
I was able to set the level to 6. If I read the odds right that should give me the better chance of winning (right?).

Are these suppose to play music? this one makes noise when ever an action is taken but while the wheels are spinning it's silent. Hmmmmmm

i had one of these older machine it was silent durring the reels spining as well..

It's ALIVE!! I no more than turned my back for a minute and my girlfriend was putting tokens into the machine and it started lighting up, playing music. It even dumped tokens she won.
Needless to say, I pretty happy to see it all working.
