    Default New to Pachinko

Well Ive never been into Pachinko but one came my way at a very good price but it needs some work im trying to start off by finding out what year or if it has a specific Model. Its a nishijin shiroi kamome super dx and id like to get it up and running but feel its missing some parts if anyone can help me find a repair manual or anything would be great. I have taken pictures of all the labels but I can't read them and hoping someone could help me out.
    Thank You

    first off

    Welcome to Pachitalk

    second,
its funny to me how were always asking for pictures.. and there always to far away and i cant see the details i want.. but your pics are to close.. cant see for sure the whole machine.. so a bit of a guess but im sure im right

your machiens looks to be a Model "C" machine the last generation of vintage machines.. so that would make it a late 70's machine.. in 78,79, and or 1980 machines were given electronic shooters and the modern machine was brought into the main stream..

to get the actual date off your machine you will have to remove the white cover from the bottom of the foul shoot.. (your second picture)..

    two requests please

a nice close up pic of the center feature.. (kinda looks like Kites.. but ill bet is something like a ball and hoop)

second would be full pictures of the front and back..

    thanks

    PS nice looking machine

Ok got the pictures you where looking for and I do know that it doesn't have a electric shooter system. It's just the push bar that launches the ball. I am sorry that the one is very dark it was the only one i could get that was clear the flash just whited it out.

    Welcome, Welcome, Welcome !!!

You have a nice Model C.

It has a few pachinko balls stuck in the back part in the picture.
This is an easy machine to work on.
Squeeze the tab locks in and remove the entire back mechanism. You might have to unplug the center feature light.

You should be able to see and remove any stuck pachinko balls.

Re-install the back and set the see saw to the UP position. It should be ready to play provided you have enough pachinko balls, about 300 is a good start.

the date of 53 is equal to 1978.. meaing your machine was built in 1976 or 77 depending on your thoughts..

nice machine... and even a better ball jam

That's a nice Nishijin Model C you have there. The center feature is a depiction of the game Netball which derived from early versions of Basketball. It looks as though the guy holding the pole on your game is missing his decapitated head, as per the attached photo.

    Thanks Everyone for welcoming me.
The little mans in the middle does still have is head it somehow got pressed down and jamed in there.
Also on the photo of the back is there suppose to be a bucket to catch things at the bottom.
And last what would be the best way to power the system.
I thank everyone for all the information and hope I can get this up and running.
    Thank You

lights can be powered by a 9 volt battery or a 9volt to 12 volt wall wart

the picture carl posted above showes a wall wart attached to that (his) machine..
