It's one of the top 3 most desired slots, at least of the older generation of machines. The other 2 are Spin Luck and Harley Davidson.
I think $500 is about the going rate for a Dragon Dice, just for the fact that you really don't see them for sale that often. Same with the Spin Luck and you very rarely see a Harley for sale, which is probably worth the most out of the 3.
I seem to remember a member here had 6 or 7 Spin Luck machines in his gameroom.
I have always said that I would not part with my Spin Luck for less than $500.

Although it is definitely a machine I would love to have, $500 would be the limit I would spend for one. If my personal finances were better this month I would definitely be interested in making an offer.

Thanks you guys for explaining things to other members. I was starting to second guess myself... When I scored this slot off of Craigs for $80 and then did some research on it I was blown away. Yes, I am interested in selling but I thought to myself offer it for a reasonable price, don't try to gouge people. $500 is very reasonable for the third most desirable pachislo out there IMO

You have close to 9,000 posts...you've never heard of Dragon Dice? And if you have you think $500 is too much?

It is a desireable machine. I think $500 is on the upper side of pricing for it. Of course, just like anything else, it is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. Good luck with the sale.

So would this be a good estimate for the top three?

    1) Spin Luck $700-$900
    2) Harley $500-$700
    3) D.D. $300-$500

Does this seem right? Me being in the high range for D.D.

I have a Spin Luck. I absolutely love the machine, the only problem I would see is the dollar amount it would take for me to let go of it would most definitely be higher than what I would expect that someone would be willing to spend for it.

I completely understand. Even though I know that $500 is a lot for a skill stop...I also know what I have. I most likely will never come by this machine again. IT IS a once in a lifetime for me.

You should hang on to it. I have not played one but I am sure it is a lot of fun.

Dude let's be honest. You called me out. Me posting $500 for a Dragon Dice is 100% NORMAL!!!

In fact it seems that you started this...border line trolling!!!

I hope that a Mod looks into this and reads this thread from the very beginning

We are all friends here with a common passion for these machines. This is not the first time and I am sure it will not be the last that there is a difference of opinion as to the value of a machine. No reason for arguing about value. The only one who can settle that argument is someone who is willing to buy it and how much they are willing to pay.

    Let's play nicely boys

Members are bound to have differing opinions on the value of pachis

Dragon Dice is an IGT machine from 2001

In order to achieve a premium price, it may help to add some info as to the condition of the machine and dice mechanisms,
and what it comes with, such as keys, tokens, etc

I'm sorry I cannot offer a price guide myself, as I am in the UK and Dragon Dice' don't sell for much here

The usual applies: It is worth what someone will pay for it at any given time
