I saw that yesterday, and almost posted it...JUST because of the ball jam! If a ball goes in, and nothing happens...WHY KEEP FEEDING IT BALLS!

I have 20 or so jammed in the woman's sanyo that I'm restoring. The issue is all the balls from the center section and side tulips all route through the lower center tulip and they are all backed up at that tulip. Since the unit needs a background replacement, I'll get to them eventually, but it is a royal mess.

My guess is, they committed the cardinal sin of vintage pachinko...laid it flat without unloading it properly. Makes a hell of a mess. I pulled 108 balls out of a machine once. But this one wins.

You know what else is fun? Buying a jammed-up machine like this and knowing nothing about it. Remove a few screws trying to learn what's going on... before you can react, you've got a downpour of balls bouncing and rolling across your unfinished basement, looking for boxes and furniture to hide behind.
