I will take the machine apart again and take pics this time to show you. I want to say thank you for all your help so far. Every one has been so kind!

When a ball goes into the go pocket it goes into the green backing underneath the tv witch is not connected to the payout system when balls are put in the black tray. This happens when either they are balls in the payout system or not. They just stay inside the machine. I dont know what to do. Ive already removed a lot of balls by unscrewing a bit of compartments to get the balls out. After doing so, it started working again... and then after getting some more balls in, it stops again.

Has the machine paid out any balls, 6, 10 or 15.

I don't know this frame so I don't know if this is the ball dump or the ball stop. Now with about 100 balls in the black hopper, What happens if you turn till lever? Make sure you have something in the back to catch any balls.

Do the balls continue further inside the machine or do they rush through and fall out the back.

But failing that, This is the area you need to look at,

With the power off and disconnected.
Make note of the leads, unplug and remove the board and the thick plastic its mounted on, see whats happening behind there

    Love that green plastic.

What? What else could I add to the conversation, that somebody hasn't already said?
Maybe you have a marble or large ball bearing stuck back there? Dunno.
