i run all mine threw a vibratory tumbler...
other have used CLR and hot water.. just make sure there dry before you put them back into your machine

I put mine in one of those mesh laundry bags with a zipper then run them through the dishwasher. Put it on heated dry and they come out dry and shiny.

I put 100 or so tokens in an empty Gatorade bottle with some fine sand and CLR and shake the hell out of it. I then Wash and dry the tokens.
