My biggest moment was the day i got my first two machines. Had them delivered to work (better security). Once there, the clients all wanted to see one in action. I dumped in 500 balls, threw some in the tray, and let a customer try. The machine failed a tulip payout, so I leaned behind it to flick the reset. My shirt caught on the prize ball dump lever instead.

We still find balls around the office 6 months later.
