Matrix alarm help please She keeps shouting at me ?

Hi Pachitalk Members ,
i have just purchased and received Matrix pachinko every time I power up the machine I get this alarm Japanese ladies voice keeps saying the same thing over and over again Also the machine keep flashing white ? I have checked for ball jam error it's all good ...I have tried filling machine hopper with balls still same alarm ?
There is a switch as soon as you open door near lock I have depressed the switch to try and clear alarm ...I thought this was a door is open alarm for attendant in parlour.also tried the red button reset button in previous threads still she keep shouting at me Help

Running out of ideas alarm won't clear please help gang !

Not around your way today. But there are 2 door switches. If either one is damaged or faulty you will get an alarm.

Thanks for your advise I will have another look try to locate other door switch I have only found one at the moment

I was reading you tread about yellow cab just about to send Juno an email ...it's too tempting always wanted one ...I think it's probley the colour of the frame that attracts me to this particular pachinko model

Open up the front and look in the top right corner. Also check on the back near the ball tank. Not at home so can't see manuals at the moment.

I will look and see if I can find the door switches if you have got time and if you do have a manual which shows the location of these I would be very greatful its difficult to play and enjoy machine with this constant alarm ...she keeps shouting at me lol !!! I will have another look when I get home this afternoon thanks for your help ...thanks ian

My Daiichi frame is an earlier model but I found the 2 switches on mine.

First one is located next to the door lock.

The second is mounted on the bottom right when viewed from the rear, Near where the power switch is,

Looking at the manual its matches the postition of your frame.
You should have a copy of this picture Look for Numbers 5 and 16 to give the position.

I should point out that if the wiring is damaged that may have the same result. Also we are assuming that its a door open alarm, Without seeing or hearing it, it is a guess

My Matrix will yell at me if the shooter tray and overflow tray is too full. The balls have no where to go. Fortunately, depending how you look at it, it doesn't happen very often. It is another thing to check though.

My Daiichi frame is cyclic and only has one tray. I did try to force a tray full error. But no luck.

I have had luck with pressing the Red reset button on the lower back of the frame when I power up the machine. It's worth a try.

You're absolutely correct...only one tray, my bad. It's been a while since I played it. I do remember having an issue with a girls voice screaming at me. I also got this message. It says it's a Neo Reach. Or that's what I can get from 2 words of it
I can probably do more when I have my kanji dictionary

Do a "Cold Reset " on it make sure all doors are closed and the top hopper in back is full and the balls are free to go thru the back payout motors . Then hold the little reset button by the main power switch and turn the machine on it should start screaming "Memory Cleared " in Japanese over and over for about 5 minutes then shut up .

just to say a special thanks to you all for your help and advise problem with the constant alarm is now resolved I have sent pictures via email to Dr Clam ( hopefully Ian my post these pictures on my behalf ) apologies I am unable to post on my computer at the moment need a new key board ...lol I am always using my iPad and my keyboard is wireless ...what a pain !

Well the issue was with the switch located on the back of machine this also connects to a board at the bottom of machine this was removed during transport in Japan to split into 2 boxes because the machine is quite heavy !! Well there must be a small piece of plastic which is missing so when the switch is screwed in its normal holder this keeps switch depressed at all times ...well when I looked at the switch more in detail it was not depressed ? So I have now taped it closed ( alarm stopped after say 10 seconds ) Problem resolved !!

There is another issue with machine but...I will save this for another thread ...can't keep playing this machine it's great !!

thanks for your advise on the reset procedure...I have also performed this ... there is a small orange button back of machine about the middle section ...if you power off machine and keep this button pressed in it then resets

Also there is a small button near ball motor bottom right of back of machine near power supply this dumps all the balls by the way ...lol
