Can you see which component looks like it burned? My guess would be the power transistor on the heat sink or one of the big power resistors. If you can use a soldering iron, the components look regular enough to get, if you can read the part number or value of the faulty component.
If you have a more detailed picture it may be visible.

I cannot see what is burned. It may be repairable. More importantly, what caused it to burn?
