Why does the cool stuff always have to be the farthest away.

Looks like an antique shop which means they most likely want a ton of money for it.

    100 machines and counting...

Oregon has a pretty decent supply of pachinkos I've noticed, much better than Louisiana anyway. I picked up the Super Bang here but this one's about 4ish hours from me. I'd check it out if it was closer.

If anyone is thinking of making the trip this machine has been sold. I purchased this one in the second week of June on a road trip through Oregon and posted photos of it here:

Need Help Identifying A Recent Purchase

I went a fair distance off course for this one (of course, what else is new). Acme Garage is a consignment center where individuals rent some space from the owner and I believe pay a small commission as well on anything that sells. These establishments seem quite popular in Oregon as I picked up a single shot at another one in Sherwood, Oregon (once again a major detour off route). The nice thing about Oregon is there's no sales tax and you can't pump your own gas, state law, an attendant has to pump it for you. New Jersey is the only other state that has this law.

Okay back on subject...The asking price on the machine in Medford, Oregon was $110.00 and after a phone call from the person behind the counter to the owner I paid $99.00, which some may think is a little steep and is more than I would usually pay but machines of this vintage don't come along very often.

The posting on Craigslist was renewed on June 22nd. which was over a week after I had purchased it. I just called the Acme Garage to confirm that the one I had purchased didn't have a twin and it doesn't, thank God as it would have been another couple of days out of my life, the cost of a motel and gas for the 9 plus hour drive one way, no doubt finding other wayward Pachinkos up for adoption. Acme Garage sent me photos of a couple of Nishijin Model B's they currently have. They don't look to be in very good condition and the asking prices are $75.00 and $55.00 which to me is high for a plain model B, especially in poor condition, certainly not worth the drive but worth a look if you're in the neighbourhood. Acme Garage is a cool place with lots of interesting items, and for the most part, at reasonable prices.

I still need help identifying the manufacturer and translating the Japanese on this machine. If anyone has any information it will be very much appreciated.

What do you mean flagged as spam? Me or Craigslist? ... LOL. The fault is probably with the owner of the machine and nothing to do with Acme Garage so I wouldn't hold it against them. It's a neat place to look through if you're ever in Medford.

Like you said, the ad was renewed a week after the game sold... and still there over a month later. That's worth a click on the "Flag this post" button.
