Default New Gin Machine Not Paying Out

Quite some time back I worked with the fine people here to restore my tray that was broken. Well, I got it fixed up but then it went to the back burner for a while. I built a cabinet to mount it on the wall and I also did some other maintenance. I replaced the glass, some missing screws, and ended up removing the lock and attaching a pull cord to it so I can open the machine easily.

So, I have finally mounted my machine to the wall. Whee!

But, sadly, it does not payout. It used to though. In fact, it happened before when I was first tooling with and and I ended up turning it around and around to get the hung up balls out and then it worked. When I finally mounted it, I tipped it to the side and now it no longer pays out.

The ball will get in the tulip or whatnot and it will open/close but alas no ching ching! The balls that fall in there do not go to the reject tray or anything else, they are somewhere in the machine. I started to take it apart to see deeper in the machine but then I got to a point where the pieces were being held on the wood with staples. I did not want rip out staples.

Anyone familiar with these beasts? I do not know exactly know the chain of events that are required for payouts.

I am so excited to get this on the wall. And the kids are salivating to use it but no payout

Possibly a ball jam at the see saw if nothing is falling out of back of machine. There is a reset plunger.

    Pictures would help!

    Don't get discouraged.

You may eventually need to pull some staples. There is no law prohibiting this, and the staples are easily replaced with small screws.

Kinda hard to see what's happening with no pictures though... (they load easiest if you keep the files to around 60kb or so)
