Default Up next: Daiichi jackpot cover.

    With the original:

I should have shot that photo at more of an angle. The original cover comes up much higher than mine. Mine is essentially flat.

    As installed:

I think it actually looks better than the original, but then I would.

Learned a few more lessons on this one. One was a lesson in geometry. To cut an arc in CNC requires you know the begin point, the end point, and the center of the arc. When one of the sides is at an angle, the center of the arc was not where I thought it was. And the CNC software was more than happy to tell me about it.

I also found that I shouldn't clamp the small tabs down for gluing. Apparently, clamping them together makes the joint so tight that the Weld-on can't get between the parts and melt them sufficiently to get a good bond. Still learning.

Next up will probably be a Daiichi shooter spring adjuster. Yea, the little piece of chain works fine, but while it's here...

    Thanks, all.

I don't really need this one for my machine as I have the original. If someone out there can use it, let me know. It is the prototype, so I'd like to see it tried on more than one machine.
