Default Test your knowledge and help me out on my new machine! ^_^

So here is my new machine I just found. Pretty cool and I like the spin function vs digital screens!

    IMG_0002.jpgIMG_0004.jpg

Here is my 1st question: What does the 3 buttons below mean/do? The light goes on and off when pushed but I have no idea what it means or what the other 2 do.
    IMG_0001.jpg

Question 2: What does this power switch do? It does not turn off the machine and I thought it would. I have been powering it on and off at the surge but is there a better way to power it on and off? There is no other power switch.

    Thanks for any help!

The price is not as bad as I thought and I love the custom artwork option. If I selected the right things(unit, cable, reader, card) I think it came out to about $85 so a little cheaper then ones I have seen here. What I really want but can't find is an upper end battle counter.

In the parlor, or with a daverob dongle installed, one of the yellow buttons will add credits to your machine, the other will dispense the balls and subtract a credit. The green button when on will automatically dispense balls, when your shooter tray gets low, and deduct a credit without you having to push the yellow button. This is one of my favorite machines because of this feature.

I will have to check the switch later to see if it controls power.

That is the other dealer that caught my eye but if you read it carefully, you need the value pack to get everything so it runs about $70. Not bad before shipping. Thanks!

That switch really SHOULD control the power - very interesting...

Even though the cards and card reader are fun all you really need is just the super wonder dongle..

I know right! LOL! When the back switch on the machine is flipped, the cell goes off but a double beep happens every 2 seconds and the lights on the left side start flashing.

    Next question:

How about the LED next to the open area on the front? My guess is it shows the jackpots hit for the day. I have not hit the jackpot yet or seen the number change from zero.

go to Yahoo Japan Auctions, look for "パチンコ用 カウンター" then buy thru Juno at bid-service.jp
Easy as pie... For just one it will likely run about $75-$100 after Juno's fees and shipping. But a few and it gets cheaper.

Chumsize: I'm looking at getting a battle counter too. I have a Gaku Counter on my modern and it only tracks balls shot, balls won, time elapsed and net winnings (won-shot).

However, I like the additional data that a battle counter can provide, like number of spins. Number of fever rounds and such.

I know that moderns have hookups for battle counters. Are the connections pretty standard across brands? I have a Sankyo Star Wars in a Lumina Frame and soon will have a Fuji CR Yamato 1 on an Oval One fram.. I'm kind of interested in getting one to swap between the two or a couple for my two moderns.
    71 Nishijin "A" Bowling, 80's Nishijin Hit Parade , 05 Sankyo Star Wars, 07 Fuji Yamato 1, 09 Fuji Yamato 2
----------> ----------> ....And so it goes...

I think most of the connections are standard, but, where you need to plug the wires in will vary!!
