Wanted: Reel s For Big & Small Machine

I hope this is the proper place to post this. I'm looking for a replacement reel set, or even just ONE reel, for the Big & Small Pachislo machine. One of my reels is broken, and I still have the paper label for it, but I need a new plastic reel, or one from another machine that will fit the Big & Small. If anyone knows where I might obtain one, it would be greatly appreciated!

Rob is an excellent vendor and is doing everything possible to help me with this machine. He stands by his products and told me I was welcome to return it, but stubborn me wants to keep it, so he's offering support via email! The machine is clean and sparkly and was very well packed--it just must have taken a jolt in transit. We'll see what I can find over the next week...hopefully, SOMEONE has extra reels sitting around somewhere!

I've offered a full refund for it. We're still working on it, as she wants to keep that model, and I have no replacement reels for it...

Well, so far, three vendors have responded that they can't help. I'm still waiting to hear back from a local man who repairs slots. My poor, poor Big and Small machine--just sitting here in the middle of my living room, waiting for someone to play with it!
