Another Satomi Computer Pachinko

When I got home yesterday I checked Craigslist right away and this machine had just been listed approximately 20 minutes before me checking. Asking price was $100.00 and since it was only a 30 minute drive away I had no other choice but to hit the road, at least that's what the voice inside me said.

It's in good condition, complete and works. There's some cosmetic work to do and a big hole to repair that someone chewed out with a drill, whatever for I can't imagine, but I managed to get it for $60.00 so the trip was well worthwhile. Computer Pachinkos are few and far between around here but that's the second one for me in a month. They're getting cheaper too, the first one was listed at $125.00 and I managed to get it for $100.00 after some negotiation.

The City Of Vancouver License sticker on it is also from 1977. I don't remember any of these from the late 70's.

I would have to agree with you on that, vintage with minimal electronics and they keep score as well.

I've seen the Apollo centre feature before, perhaps it was a Sanyo Comet II like yours, and I have a couple of machines with the Ultora tulip on them. I would imagine from the 1977 license sticker that the machine is a 1976 or possibly 1977. The Computer Pachinkos seem to have interesting centre features, the one I purchased previously had a football theme and the playfield was nicely done as well.

I've got my eye on another one I hope to be able to purchase.
