Yamasa machine error code

I have a customer that has a Hot Area Yamasa machine. When you reset the machine, after a few spins the machine goes into a EO error code. Any Ideas

On the plus side. That machine has some of the most infectious error music I've ever heard.

Today on one of me Neo Planetts I got an E3 Error code twice and had to reset my machine. Both time it was early in the big bonus maybe a few pulls into it and it hesitated then gave the E3 Error code and music. Both BB were lost : ( Any Ideas ? Mike : )

i'm not sure what e3 error is, but,

your hopper and or tokens may need cleaning.

that has usually been my problems in bonus rounds.

Thanks luckydog ! I dumped out the 1,000 tokens and sure enough stuck in the bottom were 2 oversized tokens. Mike : )
