Takasago HA error message please help

I just got a takasago and it is displaying a HA error message. I have tried many minor and major resets and it will not clear off. If anyone can help it would be most appreciated.

Please disregard post I got it fixed, their was a token stuck in the coin mechanism, I got it running.
