Recent Satomi Computer Pachinko Purchase

I recently picked up this Satomi Computer Pachinko. It's in good condition, has all its parts, including the original keys and works 100%. It does need a little cosmetic work and the only real problem is that at some point in time the underside of the top Computer Pachinko marquee was hit and a piece was broken off, fortunately the piece was inside the machine and can be glued back in.

There were quite a few of these machines out on location in the early 1980's in the local area but they're few and far between now. I have my eye on another one with a Circuit Racer playfield, all I have to do is convince the person that has it is to sell it.

Both the one I have and the Circuit Racer one have the black finish on the bottom stand. There's no indication that anything has been peeled off so it would appear they came that way from the factory. Personally I think they look better with the bottom stand having the same finish as the bottom of the top unit, so that's what will probably happen on this one.

If anyone has stripped one of these machines or has parts available I would be interested in purchasing an intact marquee.

these are great machines.. geting a working one is quite a find.. congrats to ya

to bad the cabinet was painted.. the top and bottom original matched...

finding a good Marquee is going to be hard.. I have had 4 of these.. out if the 4, one missing 2 broken and only one compleat..

The Circuit Racer one I'm after has a good marquee, has the original keys and everything works but some of the plastics behind the small door where the balls load for shooting are broken up pretty bad and taped together. For the time being, if I can get it, I'll probably make one out of the two with the Circuit Racer being the one completed. This will either give me spare parts or send me on a quest for more Computer Pachinkos and/or parts. Will it ever end? I think I need therapy.

Very nice find. I would love to see pictures of the circuit racer machine.

If I can get it I'll definitely post some photos and if I should happen not to get it I'll take some photos of it where it's now located and post them.
