Hi Folks, New to Pachitalk, and had someone not bestowed this machine upon my presence I would not be here today, probably, but here's my gig...I need guidance. I think the machine is restorable. It has a beautiful cell, sort of a Star Trek looking theme. I have seen electrical plugged in and lights up. Some pins are bent, and there is a dent in part of metal door on front. I have no Pachinko balls. I want to sell it, but not sure what to do. Restoration or for parts. Any knowledgeable suggestions?

cool cel on that one. you're going to need pachinko balls to see if it really works or not as the machine "senses" whether or not balls are present and then acts accordingly. frequently these machines are working, it's just that there may be a jam somewhere inside or something needs to be reset. i'd much rather see any machine saved as opposed being used for parts and there's really not much of a market for parts in general. someone with more knowledge about this era of machine will be along but the best thing for you to do is post plenty of clear pics so we can see what needs to be done. provide some especially of the back and any areas you have any questions about.
