Default And yet another see saw cover.

Pictured is the second of 3 covers CarlW sent me to replicate. First is the original and the replica, second is the replica installed.

This one was more difficult to do than the first two. There is no "oval" command in g-code, so you either have to supply it with the various arc commands to make the oval (big math, as there can be many different arcs there), or just cut it out in a series of short, straight cuts, and hope the cuts are short enough not to get noticed. I went with the second option.

The rectangular cover I made just a wee bit undersized because Carl said it was a tight fit. This one came out a wee bit undersized all on its own. But Carl said it fit his machine OK, so we'll go with it for now. Maybe some day when I have lots of time, I'll sit and figure all the arc commands necessary to do the job. That'll give it a smoother finish.

Those with a keen eye will pick out my transcription error. Amazing how much difference .3 mm makes. It has been corrected.

Next up are a ball feed lever and a jackpot cover for my Daiichi. Not that I need them, but it would be good to have them in the library if ever needed, and it's a whole lot easier to make parts when they are here and the machine is available for testing.

    Thanks again to CarlW!!
