If it's the standard "wedge type" bulb. A #400 wedge bulb is what I use for replacements. How do u get the bulb in the socket? It seems to be stuck trying pulling it out and twisting it out both don't seem to work...

They pull out. Maybe, with a little "wiggle" as you are pulling it out.
