Dazed and Confused!!!

Ok, Pachifriends, I just recieved My second Pachinko Machine a Casino King today. I'm loving it much more than my frist machine, (star king) but I'm confused about this machine. I can't seem to open the glass. My first machine I can open it by lifting levers, but how in the world do I open the casino king? It looks like I need a Key in the front. If I do need a key are all keys equal to these machines or do I need to have one unique to this machine?

I believe the keys are for the most part universal. Although I have two keys for my JAWS machine and neither work. I have come to the conclusion that there is something wrong with the lock on my machine and am planning to de-pin it to correct the problem.

no you should not need a key..

Except for some recent machines all pachis should be easily opened from the back as far as I know.. What frame is it in?? Probably best to post pics of the front and back of your machine..

Most machines that have the Omron locks seem to work with the same key, but as Shark says there are exceptions..but the Omron locks are super easy to de-pin..Then the key will work in those too..

so... not familiar with this frame (enclosure).. but if you don't have the key option, look for a "rail" on the key side of the machine in back. This is totally oversimplifying things - but usually pulling one way (up/down) will unlock the frame, the other will unlock the front.

But then... never had an Ace pachinko. Could be some sort of non-euclidean dimension-lock that deducts 5 sanity points if you pick it wrong. Good luck!

thanks chum. Might need new glasses. I was indeed unlocking the frame, not sure I can do that on my other machine. The machine has a very small locking latch between the top and bottom levers to unlock the frame. Finally got it open gonna dry wipe down the glass, has some dust on it. As soon as Sunday rolls around Im hoping to post video of the Casino King in action along with the King Star. Im thinking about selling the King Star, I just don't seem to enjoy it as much as the Casino King.
