Does this Pachi have a volume control or do I need to add my own? It appears to be a one speaker machine?

it should be a 3 position switch, either on the power supply or right below it.

Okay, it actually has three speakers. I'm not seeing any 3 position switches on the power supply or anywhere near it.

You never can tell where they're going to hide that little sucker.. Keep looking for a 3 position switch. It's there somewhere.

Okay, I found it (upper part of door). Still a bit loud for my preferences, I may look into another volume control.

a tip for future buys,

you can usually follow the speakers wires to the amplifer, the switch usually is somewhere on the amp.
