Sounds like a fault with the token reader. First thing to do is check to make sure the photocells are working. Normally a led lights up on the circuit board to indicate the photocell is blocked. Gently clean them with a moist q tip.

Thanks I cleaned the little black rectangle box where the coins go in if this is what you mean. As far as optical i didn't see anything glass to clean on the box.Its still doing the same thing after cleaning the little black rectangle box. This all happened so sudden.I turned it off one day the next day this, weird.

To my little knowledge on slots. The token reader has 2 or 3 opto sensors in them. To detect the token running through. If a token gets stuck or one of the sensors is faulty. The machine goes into fault as it thinks someone is trying to fiddle the token reader.

I would only suggest what Drunkenclam has already told you.
I'am not sure what coin mechanism is in your machine. I think it's a "rail type",like I've shown in the picture. 005.jpg 003.jpg

The sensors are kind of shaped like football goal posts, (U-shaped). The token rides on the bottom rail of the coin mechanism and runs through the middle of the sensors. You want to clean the inside of the U-shape. It doesn't take much to "screw-up" a sensor, so be gentle in your cleaning.

Also, if the token "hangs up" or slows down anywhere in the coin mechanism it will fault the sensor. Make sure the rail that the token rides on is clean.

Check the connections for the sensors and the coin mechanism. Maybe something has come loose. (Unplug them, then back in.)

If you clean the sensors and clean the coin mechanism and checked the connections and you still have the problem, I'd say one or both sensors are bad.
What if...the HOKEY POKEY, is what it's all about?

Are you sure a sensor is faulty?

If you block each sensor in turn a led lights up on the motherboard, Same as when you presss any of the reel buttons on the front, If you can block each one in turn with a lolly stick or something small, then you can see if the sensor is faulty, (thats generic - As for your own machine, I don't know)

As for where to buy one, In the Uk, RS components sell them, But in the USA, I have no idea. i might be easier to find a complete token acceptor, Especially if you aren't very good at soldering.

They are only about 50p each

Buy Slotted Optical Switches Photointerrupters parts | RS Online

but you have to know what voltage they run at. No. of pins and other varibles

I believe its optical. If you block the sensors in the opposite direction with the door open, it immediately makes the ding dong alarm noise with Cr error.Thank you for the UK site info, very awesome.
