taco slot-coin hopper

hi only posted once before so still new to this. have taco slot was working great but now when I power up coin hopper starts spinning until machine goes into error. any ideas? thanks this looks like me no patience

I would think a full rest sould solve your problem.. have ya tryed that??

thanks for reply HE hopper empty. full reset makes no difference.
if it helps any as soon as i powered on machine it spit out all coins in hopper.
after reset dispenser spins then error message and all the lights and sound come on.
it has been working fine with a coin jam once in a while

Something is making it spin. My guess would be you have a faulty or stuck button.

Some power supplies have a hopper dump switch/button. You might check to see if yours does. Some hoppers have a dump switch, so check the hopper for one. Or your cash out button, on the front of the machine, may be stuck.

wayne, I do not believe I have such a button. and there are no buttons on front of machine stuck. so I removed coin hopper, reset machine leaving machine in credit mode. was able to play 3 coins at a time no problem but wouldn't you know it I hit bonus. so using max credit button I was able to continue until I reached 50 credits then bells and whistles plus HE error message. putting back coin hopper just goes back to spinning when powered up. but thanks I will keep trying any suggestions.

Is ur hopper full of coins?
i have this machine the problem with mine was I need to flip a switch on the hopper then press the litte red reset button near the coin greeter I will post a vide lateR if u need more info
