help wiith E-1 code on a hot rod queen

I am looking for some help on clearing the error code E-1 on a hot rod queen machine. It does not have a reset key inside like some other machines I read about. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help.

An E 1 is a Hopper Jam code. Check your Token Hopper and make sure that the rotationg disk inside is moving freely. Reseat the
connector. All machines have a reset Key (or switch if the key was replaced). Your Pachis was made by Olympia in 2000. If you PM
me your e mail address I can send you a Manual for Olympia machines. There were three different power supplies used in these.

After checking the hopper as "new in town" advised. The machine will need reset to clear the code. You say you don't have a keyed switch, was it replaced with a toggle switch? Or, is there just a hole there with nothing? If nothing is there, you are going to need to add a toggle switch, so the machine can be reset.

Here are the steps for a "Hard Reset". A "Hard Reset" clears all error codes.
