thunderbirds just displaying E on credit display

can any one help. switch the machine on and all it does is display an E on the credit leds.

Try a "hard reset" of the machine.

1. With the machine OFF. Turn the reset key to the right.

2. Turn the machine ON

3. Hold down on the spin lever for 5 seconds.

4. Turn the reset key to the left. ( While you are turning the reset key to the left you should hear a "click sound" from the coin mechanism).

thankyou for that. ive just had a mess with it and the hopper had a bad connection to the power supply but the hard reset is good to know for the future.
