Default Was Nishijin the only manufacturer to make the Recycler?

I love my Model "A" bowling...(please mr. postman, come deliver my playing field so I can put her back together again), but it got me to wondering.

Was Nishijin the only one to make the recycler? I know they only lasted about 4 to 5 years, but I was wondering if any of the other manufacturers used a recycling method on their machines or if all the others had the basic ball handling arrangement we see now.
    71 Nishijin "A" Bowling, 80's Nishijin Hit Parade , 05 Sankyo Star Wars, 07 Fuji Yamato 1, 09 Fuji Yamato 2
----------> ----------> ....And so it goes...

I know for a fact Nishijin wasn't the only one who made an A style machine overall. However, they were the only ones making them in the 70's.

I have seen other model A style machines all were pre 1965 though. Let me try to think of some brands...
    • I could have sworn I saw a Heiwa once.
    • Member naha13 has a Narita that is similar. Pics here http://www.pachitalk.com/forums/vint...rita-pics.html
    • There is Hokkoku with their odd half gauge machine. (Member Jeff has a similar machine I think.)
    • And there is the old formula machinegun machine.

I'm sure there are a few more that I have seen but can't remember. But Nishijin isn't the only one.

    Hokkoku machine:

    Formula Machinegun:

(sorry about the pics. Stole them off YJA a while back and the resolution isn't that high.)

    100 machines and counting...

I have a Matsuya Sangyo recycler. It was missing few critical parts...but I was able to make it work again. Lots more pics and video here. Matsuya sangyo has arrived!
