Default My first Pachinko machine, Titanic! Stupid question

    Hello everyone,
Well, I just purchased my first Pachinko machine and I have a question that is probably stupid.
I got a Titanic machine, and when I play it the balls fall out the back of the machine. What's the standard set up for Pachinko machines? Do I need to place a cup in the back of the machine?

Also, are there any basic user manuals available for the Titanic machine floating around here? I'll need to know how to reset it, and get it to play sound, etc.

Look around, there should be a Master Control for the volume.

    Hey there.

A pachinko machine comes from a parlour in Japan, and as such was originally placed in a huge bank of other machines, all connected
to the parlour recycle ball system (which is built into the super structure of the framework holding them all). This thing handles literally millions of balls
and supplies all the balls when you buy them to use in-parlour on each machine you play, and recycles them back when they fall out the back of the machine
    you are playing.

At home, you need something similar. Something to catch them as they fall out back, and some way to get them back to the top of the machine so you can
replenish the balls you will be shooting in your front tray, and payout balls. Look up 'ball lifter' here on the forum for some ingenious ways to do this.

Otherwise, you'll need to do it manually.

Manuals as such are rare (pachinkos rarely come with manuals, as the parlour doesn't need them), but the machine should already be making sound as you play.
If not, it's been turned down, or the speakers disconnected. To turn it down, you need to find volume controls (again, look this up on this forum and you'll find examples).
If the speakers are disconnected totally, you'll see wires unattached on the inside door. To get to this, operate the vertical latch at back (runs the whole length of the machine)
and either the front glass will pop open, or the entire frame itself with be shifted.

Come back with questions, and photos if you are stuck, and able to.
There is always another machine around the corner...

I am not sure what year the Machine is, but I know my 2004 UY2 machine will not play sound until you hit the start pocket to make it do something.
