    Default Slot USA

So get this. I ordered 2000 tokens from SLOTUSA. Then I went out and bought a couple more machines so I ordered another 4000 tokens.

What I got was 1000 and 2000 respectively. I called up the nice lady, and she said this was not the first time this happened. There are only 1000 per bag and sometimes they don't pay attention to the order. So she was going to ship out my 3000 missing tokens and expected them to be at my door by Friday. Well Today is Tuesday and I get a call from my wife that my 3000 pachinko BALLS just arrived. UGGH !!! So I call the nice lady back and she is going to get these picked up and send out my tokens right away. I have already been waiting 2 weeks ! - I will comment that these guys do appear lowest on the net for these but I guess you get what you pay for.

I have noticed that a number of you complained about rusty balls but I will comment that the balls did appear shiny. Just not what I wanted.

I've been waiting for my tokens to arrive from these folks. They dont bother e-mailing order confirmations or tracking numbers I guess you're just supposed to trust them and assume that your order got through.
After I complained I got an e-mail from Joe who claimed he'd contact the warehouse and have them e-mail me a tracking number, but that hasn't happened yet either (big surprise there).
Another 3-4 days and I'll be reversing the charges on my credit card bill. Extremely poor customer service, and extremely poor follow-up.

I have found the turn around on my deliverys have been about 8 days if you count weekends. I was going to phone up today and say where are my tokens just as my wife called and told me the balls had arrived. She couldn't stop laughing. I have had 3 deliverys 2 short and one wrong but the turn around times have been consistant. The fedex guy hates me. Each one has weighed over 50lbs. I am sure they are doing their best with min wage people who proably are not given any training. I did get confirmation emails on both of my orders but nothing for the re-order of the short ship. They initally got caught in my spam folder but I have white listed them now. They will get it right eventually. Its just nice having a forum to share my amusement.

Slot USA sent me the best condition machine I have. I tend to give them a break. They are a decent company, but are bad about emails. I'd give them a few more days, but that's up to you...

I purchased a Popeye and LOTR pachinko from SlotUSA and both arrived very quickly and in great shape. I have also ordered pachinko balls from them and they seemed to be on a slow boat from China. When they did finally arrive, the box was open and there were loose balls on my porch. The balls were very clean and shiny - no rust. They obviously use the cheaper, slower, and less conscientious shipping service offered by FedEx for the accessories but seem to place an importance on shipping the machines correctly. I also noticed that much of the delay was caused by FedEx. The expected delivery date was continuously being pushed back. I am currently awaiting the arrival of two pachinko machines and 3,000 pachislo tokens (I hope I don't get balls instead!)
They will provide shipment tracking information if it is requested.

I however have never received a clean machine from them. I have received absolutely the filthiest machine I've ever received from them though.

I've been requesting delivery information (tracking) on my LOTR that I won since last Thursday (won on the 3rd).
Three phone calls (toll-free, but from my cell phone... and long waits to check on it). Each time they say they will send the info in an email, and each time (again today) they don't. We even verified the email address.

They have some sweet looking pachinkos coming around now... hope they clear up their shipping slip-ups.

OK,here is my two cents worth. I bought 24 machines...all fairly clean but missing the stop buttons on one and a coin hopper on another. Joe had a hard time telling me how they tested the machine without stop buttons. All problems were fixed in a timely manner. Will happly order another pallet shortly.

I only bought from them once, probably about 9 months ago. There was a problem with the machine. When they couldn't fix it and didn't have another in stock they issued a call tag and the unit was picked up and they issued a prompt credit. So I can't fault them on standing behind their products.

However, dealing with them during the initial shipment (trying to find tracking numbers) and trying to sort out the problem (before I just gave up and had them pick up the machine) was just painful. They rarely answered emails in a timely manner and it could take them days to return a phone call. Since then I've purchased over 30 machines - none from them. They'd have to have something very special and at very good price before I'd take another chance on one of their auctions.

I have had clean machines from them and a few that needed a little tune-up on the play field. I am never in a rush for the machine, so if I get it 5 days or 12 days no big deal to me. Emails 24 to 48 hours, I wonder how many emails they get in 24 hours ?

The fastest shipper I have had was Gamerooms, but they are in Kansas and me in Iowa. Really unfair to compare.
