Just got a pretty recent (2010) Aone/Asahi one from Yahoo Japan Auctions via Juno for about $90 total after shipping. The costs go down if you order in bulk... anyone needs help going that route, just ask. It's quite easy.

I'm afraid that's not very competitive.

Buying through Juno, including fees and shipping, will come out substantially cheaper.
