Default Getting closer to a cell replacement

I look at all the people here and a getting closer to a cell replacement. The problem is that I just love my 71 Nishijin A recycler and am scared I'll really screw it up.

A friend of mine has an old Nishijin A single shot (69). While it would be fun to restore, I am not sure single shots are that fun to play. If I frack that up, I wouldn't be as peeved. Plus someone painted the background an ugly red which just ache's to be replaced. If I do it successfully, I'd have more confidence tearing down my Nishijin 71.

Here are the pics of the '69. I offered him 50 bucks and am awaiting his and his daughter's decision. The lighting is real bad as the pics were taken with my cellphone at night in the back of his van. But you get the idea...

Cel replacements take a little time but are a cinch. No special skills or tools needed.

I'm a dead man...Pachinko Planet has reproduction of both of the playing fields on my Nishijin "A" (Lillies) and that single shot I put an offer on (Partridge Family).

    I can't believe I'm seriously considering this...

    I must be mad...
