    Default How did I do?

First of all I would like to say hi to everyone. I'm a NEWBIE here.

Well last week I decided to get in to the Pachislo thing.

My purchases were Mephisto on wednesday then Wantouchable on Friday and I decided to finish the week up with Panic Saurus. Total outlay of $325 including uncle sams portion and a irritated girlfriend.

Costco was blowing out machines for $100.

I know these machines aren't the premiums but they seem to be a lot of fun. I will have to say that it took a while of playing to get panic saurus to pay out. Stubborn little machine.

    Ted

    WELCOME, tedglover!

You got three machines (no shipping) for $325, I'd say you did pretty darn well! Not only that, you've made a good start into the hobby. (Uh, addiction...)

Where was this Costco located? Wonder if all the Costcos are dumping their machines???

Hmmm. My wife is going to be in San Antonio tomorrow for the rest of the week visiting her mom... wonder if they would allow a couple of the machines on her flight back?!?!?! They're not much bigger than a suitcase, right?

I think she should be able to hold it on her lap like you would an infant, and if it's not plugged in it will be quieter then those other kids screaming on the flight.

Welcome but be very careful ted! I had three machines when I found this forum. Was looking for a part for one of my machines when I stumbled on to this wonderful place. Now I am up to six pachislo machines and they even got me curious enough to check out pachinko and even have one of those now. Soon you be trying to figure out how things can be arranged in your house to fit more machines.
    and a few others.

Welcome and I am truly sorry but it's too late. 3 machines is only going to lead to many more.
    Meanwhile, somewhere in Oklahoma.

Welcome Ted Glover! I'm a newbie myself, and this place is GREAT!

Just last month I only had two OLD Pachislo machines, found Pachitalk and now have four.

Not many compared to some of the folks here but hey, I live in a small apartment.

You'll probably have many questions, don't hesitate to ask! I don't have answers, but I do have a lot of questions and everyone here has been most helpful!

Check my member page here or...

Temporarily, go to youtube.com and search for BudgeRahe for videos. Until I get the links set up in the museum

I have been bitten by the bug -- The problem is that I live in a condo with one car garage. Let's just say the garage is now the game room. Thank goodness we will be buying a house in the next year. Have to wait to sell the condo first. Already looking at my next purchases -- more tokens -- I have 1500 now, I figured another 1000 would be good. It looks like 7mileslots.com has the best deal.

Yes 7mileslots is one of the best prices for used tokens. They will be clean and shipping is included with the price. You will not be disappointed. The only better deals I have gotten is on some one time specials or doing a snipe on ebay. Watch out for the shipping charges on ebay! The best all around and everyday deal is 7mile slots.

Welcome to the funny farm, tedglover!

You did REAL good on those... sounds like Costco might even be taking a loss to clear them out. . Nice job!

(Garages aren't made for cars anyway!!!)

Any indication on who the importer / remanufacturer was on those machines? I think Grandview had the Costco thing... not sure.

It talks a little in bonus by telling you which reel to stop. The music is fun. The reel action is teasing on the 4th reel. A fun machine to play. Looks great too. It's a 7 line play also, which adds some fun as well.
