Picked up two Units from craigs list

I had deceided to utilize the unit I had previously purchased for parts because of it's missing Jackpot Mech. also i swapped the loader assembly, lower tray from brown to avocado green, and re adjusted some of the moving parts as well as fudging a track cover out of tin.. both work wonderfully and only need cleanup and wiring now.. Score~

Looks like some winners, I especially like the model A's background color. Lots of info on cleaning and wiring tips here.

Love the Model A! I prefer them over a Model B, but nothing wrong with a B...I just prefer something less common. However, parts for a Model B are easier to find! That being said...I might have a repaired jackpot assembly, and a broken, and repaired tray that may work, if I can find them.

Yeah I have been watching those ones for a while now. The model A seemed cool. But the B seemed like it would be for parts. In my eyes. As the front tray there is busted and someone painted it that silver color. Only reason I didn't go after them is they wanted too much.

Have to say I'm liking the Model A. Scoring balls get kicked to the lower tray instead of going to the back of the machine.. and i like the lower amount of times that i have to dump the pachinko balls into the top hopper.. vs the Model B.
anyways, i just finished re wiring the model A. looks like someone ran way too much current through it. the only time i've ever seen wires cooked that bad was then i had seen a friend's car catch fire.. sheesh. both now are fully functional..

if you adjsut the nails jsut right it will play forever with out needing a refill
