Take some pictures of the machine and let us know what the problem is and maybe someone here can help you fix your machine.

I talk to him and I think he needs the wire on the shooter that loads the next ball.

there are 2 wires showing in your vid

if ya look at the close up pics i posted befor ya can see them..

the first wire is attached to the shooter.. this wire loads the next ball to the shooter.. this wire needs to be bent a bit to the left so it engages the plastic piece sooner.. get it as close as you can without if falling off the end of the plastic when the shooter is at full pull..

the second wire is being pulled as you are flipping the shooter... this wire should not be moving at all durring the shot.. this wire is a shutoff mech.. when the lower tray is full and overflowing the ball should push this wire and then push the plastic arm out of the way so the shooter will not load balls anymore... just move the wire to the other side of the plastic post...

if this does no make sense let me know and ill shoot ya a vid to show ya how it should be..

Hmm... wondering if a part is missing or if the ball loading arm is engaging at all. Reason being - I don't hear a ball drop into the mech at all...

Look at this pic from your video:

    Screen shot 2013-03-26 at 1.48.22 PM.jpg

When you push the plastic lever left (green arrow)... or pull down the shooter handle... does it pull down on another lever around where the orange arrow points?

The loading lever I'm talking about is in the pics below. The tab it pushes on is in the orange oval. The first pic is from the back (note this is from a machine that was missing that lever originally), and the second pic is taken from inside the door.

    mech.jpgbehinddoor.jpg

Mopar is wondering if your lever isn't engaging ball loading lever fully and suggests bending the wire that pushes it to the left. I'm wondering if you're missing the ball loading lever.

could be missing parts from the front..

bending the wire would be my first task..

or it could be that the ball gate is down.. do ya ahve the top hopper loaded with balls??

take a look at the vid hear

    Model B Video

take a look at about 52 seconds into the vid it talks about the back hopper and the flag out front.. when the flag is down the ball path is blocked and balls can not get to the shooter mech..

Operator error reigns again! Opened glass front manually put ball in winner slot which paid out and reloaded front player feed bucket. The game then fed properly and is working fine!!
