Default Slot machine topper, pictures and questions.

I recently bought this slot machine topper and installed it. I was wondering if anyone had any helpful information on what they have done to get power to it. I have seen examples for sale where these have been converted to normal (US) outlet, does anyone know what voltage they are? I think I may need some kind of a converter or something to get this to work correctly but I think I would prefer to run it to a normal outlet somehow if possible. I want to eventually put in a custom plexi to replace the Mr. Cashman one but as on a lot of slot machines the Mr. Cashman features come on a variety of different machines this doesn't really detract from it too much and making a custom plexi isn't as big as of deal as getting power to it for now. Thanks for any help and info. Here are pictures of how it looks so far, I think it will look amazing when it is all done!

Also, does the feature where the post needs to be approved by mods prior to it posting continue forever or does this stop at some point in time on these forums?

Well, you are going to have to open it up and see what kind of a light powers it. I've had several toppers and they are powered different, depending on the manufacturer and the year it was made. Most all of them with led's running around the exterior are powered by 12 volts. The light that lights the plexiglas could be anything from 110v to 24volts. You are going to have to look and see what's in there. You could also remove the light for the plexiglas and put in your own 110v fixture.

The silver "box" in picture 4 makes me think it is standard A/C 115-120v.. what is on the other side (L) on picture 4? it looks like it is a receptacle for a power cord. *I'm not a licensed electrician*
