neo magic pulsar payout rate help!!!

Hi im on vacation and i was estatic when i saw a neo magic pulsar slot machine and i was trying to change the payout rate and when i pull the lever to change it nothing apppens can you please help!!!

Here are the steps. (YOU MUST DO THE RESET IN ORDER OR YOUR MACHINE WILL NOT RESET!!!)

1) With the power to the machine OFF, turn the reset key to the right. (the reset key is on the power supply inside the machine)

2) Turn the power to the machine ON. ( from this point foward, DO NOT TURN THE POWER OFF!!!)

3) Now a number from 1-6 will appear on the front door of the machine. That number represents the odds setting. (1=less payout,2,3,4,5,6=the most payout) You can change the odds by pushing the odds changing button. The most common spot that this button is on machines is on the inside of the front door or on the power supply. Just continue to push the button till you get the payout odds you want, (1 thru 6).

4) Hold down on the spin lever, on the front of the machine. (normally about 5 seconds).

5) Turn the reset key to the left. The machine should be reset on ready for you to insert tokens.
