sad to say Max but i have to agree.. i see the need to know and understand the reason the press reports these things... but i must say on a personal note im geting tired of the 25hr a day coverage..

I see it as somehow making a idol of these people and giving others the idea to do it all over again but they think they can do it better... just sad acts of sick prople

Things have been a little crazy around the mountains as you can imagine, but I think it has come to an end.

Todays episode has unfortunatly taken another life of one of our brave officers (still waiting for word if it was one of local deputy)

But, my family is safe, thank you for your concern.

Hopefully things can get back to normal, Ours prayers go out to all the families affected by this person...

Well, the spot where his burned truck was found, is about 4-5 miles from home.

And the shootout was about 20 miles away.

We had so many police and swat members up there, We felt really safe.

They even had a patrol that came by to check on my wife while I'm away at work.

I agree about the media.
They have been saying for about 1 hour now that they took a body out of the burned cabin.
The LAPD just said no body has been found at all...stop spreading rumors.

I feel sorry for the poor people that owned the cabin, I wonder if insurance will cover the fire damage?
