Looks just like the one I used to have minus the cel and the same game play.
    It's a project though.

I missed that one some how. I think I have about the best chance of getting it though as it is local pickup only.

I will have to keep an eye on this one.

Mopar brings up a good point about transformers. They can and do break free. Ive seem them pull the wood screws right out of the frame. Might not be an issue though as the seller doesn't sound like he'll ship.

I was hoping this one would go unnoticed (not much chance of that)

I am not going to bid on this one. I was thinking if I was able to grab it I might be able to enlist a local member to assist with pick up and shipping. With local members interested, my bidding would only drive the price up. Good luck to everyone, looks like a really cool machine.

NOTE: I will not help pick up and ship for another member as I am interested. If I am going down there to pick it up it is going to be for myself. (As it isn't close it is about 3hrs there and back.)

I don't blame you. I think you have the best chance at this machine. Good luck, I hope you are able to get it.

Hum...I would hope the savvy bidder would assume untested that is doesn't work...I also recall a few eeks ago a members fully working machine sold in the 600's so I wonder how this will go...

Will get a little more interesting as he is now willing to ship at only 59 bucks. That's cheap. My advice to the winner is to have him drop it off at a shipping company and have them do the packing. It'll cost more but a much better chance of arriving safely. These machines are rare and they deserve the protection not to mention protecting your investment. I'd also have him make sure the transformer is secure and to ship without the front glass if it is in fact glass.

I see people with collections of these, heck I just want one, I have the toad pelts in hand.
Bidding is wonderful for the seller but sucks for the bidders, I never do auctions for this reason but had that one posted a few weeks back by a member been a theme and look I liked I would have jumped on it.
On the plus side I bought a regular one today some totem pole theme in nice shape, 15.00

Good luck I'm out now I don't want to compete with anyone who is going to get it shipped. If it stayed local I'd still be in.

Update. 3 bids now at $102.50 with just under 3 days left.

Above you will see the photo of the one from my collection. The only difference I can see is mine has a black coin receptacle and a black game over button. Wish I was home instead of in Arizona to compare the insides. I bought this machine from Bigdog and had it shipped to mopar. Shipping is not good for machines like these and ended up taking it to a shop to get it running right after it got their. These machines are not as simple as a pachinko and take awhile to just figure out. If it does not pay and play unless you can find a good mechanic, in my opinion you either have a piece of wall art or a parts machine and their are not enough of these machines for much call for parts.

Exactly why I bailed. I think it is going to cost a good chunk of change to fix it up. (Especially the pitted chrome on the front.) And I'm not all that interested.

Packing properly is the key to a machine arriving safely. Pretty much common sense. Think about everything else electronic and delicate that gets shipped yet arrives just fine: modern pachinkos, computers, TV's, etc, etc. Lots of foam and padding. I do think these machines are a little more susceptible to damage so I pack to reflect that or have UPS do it. I typically don't trust sellers to do a good job.
As for the potential problems on this one, its hard to tell. It's getting power and the two loose wires may just be the wires that go to the coin empty switch. This switch is frequently removed and the wires left hanging. Any serious buyer should ask the seller to plug it in a try to start a game and describe what happens. Actually , I'm going to email him now and report back what I find out.
