Default Looking for History and Japanese laws for Paschilo games

I am looking for the web blog (it may of been here) that I stumbled on a few days ago that was an interesting bit of nuggets
concerning Pachilo machines and the laws over in Japan that regulate their use and odds setting and payout etc. It was a good
article and wish I could find it. I have been googleing for it and no luck yet (close).

It mentioned that they have to be sold after two year or be destroyed etc.

I do not remember a blog on the subject here but there are some very knowledgeable members here who I am sure can help answer any questions you may have.
