Pachislo Jack Pot

Hi I'm new member so I hope I'm in the right place for this problem.I have a Jack Pot machine that comes up with a U2 error.I've tried to reset did'nt work,tried to clean mechanism and I get same error massage.So thinking that the mechanism needs to be replaced or at least the electrical parts.Hope some can help.PS I know that it's a old machine but would love to fix it.

Don't think I've heard of a U2 error before, but it could just be this manufacturers version of an error code,

You say you have tried the reset, was it the full 'Hard reset' including odds setting?

Yours looks to be an older machine, but I believe the Hard reset procedure should still be the same?

A full 'hard' reset will usually clear most error codes on pachislos, but if not then the members here will no doubt offer some trouble shooting advice to you
